Yes Blacknchromehd l knew you were close by. Been reading the forums since late September when we decided to go with the Legacy. Only signed up since the deal went through a couple of weeks ago.

Welcome to the forum and congrats on the new Legacy. Hope you are as happy with yours as we are with ours. Heading out in ours for a few weeks of Arizona desert and a bluegrass festival.

Bought if from Bob Ledford RV in SC.
Got it home last night two minor issues on the way home. Driver's side wiper blade came off during heavy rain in NC luckily we didn't loose it. Appears plastic clip wasn't locked when blade was installed. Was able to put it back on myself. Shortly thereafter the whole arm appeared to come off. Nut had just come loose and arm was down on from of RV. Repositioned it and tighten it and it's been fine since.

The nut on the wipers coming loose seems to be a typical situation on the Legacy models. Be sure to tighten both sides and put some Loc-Tite on the nuts. They will both eventually come loose. Also suggest spending $30 per blade to replace the cheap factory blades with the much sturdier aftermarket blades. Money well spent.

Glad to know that, will take care of those nuts. I usually buy top of the line wiper blades for my car, so we'll get goods one it too. Like to see when I'm driving. Has anyone tried RainX on that big windshield?

Bought the RainX but haven't gotten a chance to put it on. Just some advice on those wipers: when my passenger side came loose it jammed both arms and bent the fool out of one of them. I was finally able to bend and beat it back into shape I. The middle of our trip and it works fine now. Some other issues I've had/having that you need to watch for include:
1. Missing exhaust pipe: The factor never installed the exhaust system behind the DEF injection system
2. Headlights are terrible; have to use the fog lights at night. Vision is good with them on. Multiple people having this problem.
3. LED ceiling lights inside failing at a high rate, some partially unlit, some totally dark. When you try to check them out, the LEDs turn to dust when touched. The manufacturer had a bad batch but it seems to extend beyond that. Taking mine in for warranty replacement next month but I think I gave full or partial failure now on about 10 of 14 lights.
4. Exterior compartments very prone to leaking, especially the front passenger compartment.
5. Don't use anything like color catcher sheets, etc in the washing machine unless you put them in some sort of garment bag. They will go through the drum and stick in the pump and gave to be fished out.
Love the coach, just upset about the petty items that FR must know about from this forum but never seem to acknowledge. Have fun!

CRL1,
Purchased mine from the same dealer. Congratulations. I've had numerous minor issues, as do most, that are not unexpected from a complex build of a house that drives down the highway. Good luck getting your dealer to work with you on ordering parts from FR. I think it all depends upon who you work with at the dealer. Some help out after the sale, some just cash the check. One could spend days on the phone and computer trying to get a dealer representative to help or one could just source the parts locally. I chose the latter and share my experiencre now and then. Congratulations again, we do like our little camper.

I bought an extra warrantee as well but only for total disasters like a blown engine or tranny. My warrantee is "bumper to bumper" as well but I regret buying it. Most major components have more than a one year warrantee anyway. I am a DIY guy for the most part. Had a such a struggle getting the slightest thing fixed under warrantee at our dealer unless I wanted to leave the coach there for a month, I am really soured with warrantee anything. Too bad we are not all near the FR factory.
