replace couch with theater seats

Looking for a recommendations to replace the couch with a nice theater seating in my 2018 38C.
I have a tan color interior and would be nice if it would match.

We replaced ours with one from RecPro. Color is not exact match but pretty close.

recommendations requested.

Thank you for the links, appreciated.
I did find this one.

Has anyone installed it? the width is 67 inches, the opening 68.5 but the depth is 36.5 and the depth of the slide from the wall is 34.5.

It seems like it will fit, perhaps with a 2 inch extension on the slide floor it will fit good.
Any comments appreciated.

It fit on my slide ok. Later today when I get to the house, I will measure the depth of my slide and send you a picture. I also replaced the dinette.

Here are some pictures. My slide is 38.5 in deep. Fully reclined I have about 2 in clearance from rear wall with the front feet at the front of the slide. Tried to show pic of couch and captain chair for color comparison.

We went with Rec Pro as well and are very happy with it. Seems to be a great company to work with, good service, nice product.

Tried to reply to the other thread but it was too old I guess.

Anyhow, for those that did this on a 2014/15 with sofa across from dinette, did you need to drill the floor out to secure the sofa or did existing mounts work?

Also, anyone go with the Thomas Payne seismic with massage and heat etc...?

I did the same seating from Recpro. They didn't have a match for my interior and I went with a darker complimentary color and it looks good. My sofa was screwed directly to the floor. The screws were too short for the new seating so I used ones that were slightly longer to give the same penetration into the floor. The frame sits on the slide floor just fine, but the unit itself hangs over the edge of the slide just slightly. Very comfortable, especially compared to the sleeper sofa.

Mounts are just a few wood screws into the plywood floor, exsisting holes will not match up to the new furniture. I believe my seat is held down with 4 screws.

Go mine yesterday. and very happy here, a bit of a workout to screw it down using the rear frame slots but got it all secured I hope.
Thanks for all the suggestions. Big difference from that uncomfortable couch.

Thank you for this info. We have a 2015 Legacy with the light brown beige interior. What model sofa and color did you pick?

We chose Toffee, not a perfect match but good enough. We are just finishing up 7 weeks on the road, love the recliners.

Thumbs up Couch replacement

I used "shop4sets.com". It fit perfectly, no block floor vents full recline.

Another question - the distance from the wall needs to be 39 1/2 inches which put the recliner over most of the floor heater vents. Is that a problem ? Thanks.

On my install, it hangs a little over the floor of the slide but I have no heater vents on that side of my Legacy.

39 and 1/2 inches from the wall?
I don’t know too many RVs that can afford that much space from the wall without being in the way of everything.
Covering floor vents can be an issue. Make sure it doesn’t get too hot underneath.
