Tow Dolly Speeds

I'm thinking about getting a tow dolly (Demco Kar Kaddy SS) for towing behind the MH until we buy something that will flat tow. I read in the Kar Kaddy User Manual, "Do not exceed 55 mph". Is this for real or the standard language for all tow dollies?

What speeds do others tow at and do you see a difference in handling at different speeds?

Will be towing (on the dolly) a 2008 Honda minivan. Anyone else use this same setup? Any recommendations?

I have a Kar Kaddy SS and tow a 2015 Lincoln MKC. I am not worried about the 55 mph limit. I would think the limiting factor are the tires - standard "ST" trailer tires which have a max speed rating of 65 mph. I am going to upgrade my. Tires to Goodyear Endurance - higher speed and load rating to provide more safety factor and they are made in the US (better quality) vs. China.

Thanks, I figured the same thing about the tires being the final word on speed. I'll check the sidewalks when I get the Kaddy and go with that.
