On the Berkshires, there is a 4" x 6" black box in the rear cabinet that holds the fuses for the tow lights fuses and the Legacy might be the same. Skip

On my 14 Legacy they were in the front outside drivers side bay as formerFR states. There are three small fuse blocks there under plastic covers.

From the varied responses looks like you are in for a day of hunt and seek. good luck let the forum know where you find the fuses.

I checked all the fuse no luck yet, Driver side front all works. The inverter compartment no luck. Wondering if a relay, I have no way to check them out. Any idea...
