UPDATE TO "Lesson Learned"-Legacy Selector Switch Issue

So, a few weeks ago I thought the issue with the Selector switch was a fluke and it wouldn't start b/c I had turned it off too soon before it was engaged in Neutral....apparently it wasn't my error. Left for Florida last Tuesday and the first stop, it did the same thing and has done it every time since on my 2200 mile Christmas journey...Got to the first RV park for a stop over on my way to Florida, and couldn't switch it from D into NN while stopping to check in at campground. So, have to put it into R then N to get it to work. Left Florida and in route to Alabama found an Allison service center since Freightliner said it was an Allison issue. They looked at it yesterday and said it won't hurt to continue to "trick it into N" until I get it back to the dealer. Allison says it's a "build issue" in the Selector Switch. Otherwise, the tranny is functioning perfectly.
