Camping trailer identify

I just purchased a 1977 camping trailer. There was no owners manual. The outside of the camper says "Worldwide". Is that the name of the camper and where would I find out what brand it is. There are things that I don't know what they are and how to use them.

Thanks for your help.

Yes this one has been really kept up. I just don't know how to do a lot. I had to get an adapter to connect to an extension cord for electricity and was warned that without some type of electrical box can't run the A/C. There is a pump of some sort...some one said there is a container that holds water? Don't know if that pump shuts off automatically, don't know how to do the toilet excrement and where it goes and how to dispose...so much stuff I don't know.

Just googled pictures of 1977 18' nomad and they look similar... Isn't there a tag or something on this camper that says what it is?

Can you find the VIN number on the trailer's tongue anywhere?

One, you're totally being a smarty pants.

Two, you'll fit right in with the rest of us loons.

And three, I cringe with a few others like "ATM machine".

Those are examples of RAS Syndrome. Known as Redundant Acronym Syndrome Syndrome. Google it.

I'm not going to be much help but I can tell you the Wide World brand travel trailers were manufactured by Holiday Rambler. 1978 was the last year of production for that line of trailers. Since Holiday Rambler is still manufacturing RVs perhaps you can contact them to see if they have any info on your trailer. Another possible source of info might be the RV/MH Hall of Fame museum and library.

Forget about a (Owners Manual) they really Don't exist! I see your in NM. try to find a (Friendly RV park, where there are some fulltimers or seasoned campers. They can & will show & help you MORE than any Dealer. Escapees RV Club even has a (Boot Camp for beginners) but it cost$ Welcome to the RV world. Youroo!!

Even the owners manual for new units are very general and not much help with the basics especially to a newbe. Like Youroo said find an rv park and ask someone, most would be happy to help I know I would.
