I worked at Mt. Bohemia Ski hill last winter and we had 340" of snow last season with skiing till May. Some mornings we had to plow over a foot of snow off the county roads to get our shuttle buses through to pick up the skiers. I also drive a school bus and seen running through snow drifts of a couple of feet to get the kids home. I will miss the winter this year to see how an inch of snow affects the southern people.
