I love home made stew, peach cobbler and apizza in our dutch oven...yummm. We have no indoor gas stove but a microwave\convection. We never needed one.

Pizza in a Dutch Oven like any other baked goods that needs about 425 degrees. Main thing is to preheat the oven, second thing is to have a plate stand to position your pizza pan a couple inches off the bottom of the Dutch Oven. Use about 10 charcoals under the bottom, and 20 charcoals over the top of the oven. I use a 14" Dutch Oven and make a 12" pizza. I'm getting hungry, gotta go...
