2013 Grey Wolf 29BH slide out skylight leak

Does anyone know if you can use general "window" caulk from the hardware store to reseal the window (appears to be glass) to the skylight frame? I noticed that the Dico product did not list glass as something it adheres to. After trying to fill in an apparent gap in the caulk on one corner of the window left from manufacturing, I am still having a leak. I am debating removing the entire window and re-caulking around the entire thing.

I've been told that silicone or other common caulk materials do not play well with the "rubber" membrane roofing material on the slide. I had a leak develop on my '12 Greywolf in the same spot. 1000 miles from home, no less. I lifted the glass and drew a bead of Dicor sealant around the mating edge of the glass and laid it back down in place. Have not had a problem since, and that was 3 years ago. That window isn't going anywhere now, for sure.

There was a thread with this same conversation in this same Cherokee forum back in April. My '12 developed this same issue this spring.
