2014 Cherokee 254Q Sliding Bedroom Doors

Two times on a trip the sliding bedroom doors have come un-screwed from the rollers in the track. After the first time the dealer put clear caulk on the bolt but it seems it didn't work. Has anyone had this issue and how in the heck do you get to the wheels in the track to screw the bolt attached to the door back on?

Any help on this is appreciated as it seems to be an issue with this setup.

Sounds like they used silicone. I would use blue loc-tite.

Silicone it was. Has anyone had to reattach the door to the sliding wheels? Just wondering how to do this.
