Martin, if you want to check your weights shortly after getting your trailer, go to http://catscale.com/cat-scale-locator and find the nearest scale. You'll find threads on this forum giving you instructions on how to weigh your setup to get the weights you'll need.

Hey guys, just a quick update...the ride was great. No issues at all and the truck pulled great. It wasn't an issue at all. Hopefully it will be the same when all the gear is in.

Thanks for the info guys!!!

I dont get to pick mine up this year. while doing the cleanup and there own pdi the dealer found a paint defect in the one door. so they ordered a new one for me. they said i could pick the trailer up and get the door fixed in the spring. i figured whats the point to pick it up and then have to bring it back in the spring anyway

Weigh the rig BEFORE you load it up.

thats definitely what i will be doing. i have a cat scale about 15 in away from me. i want to weigh it before putting our stuff in it to see where the tongue weight is and then fill it and weigh it again so i can fine tune my packing to keep the tongue weight at 13% and know exactly how much all our stuff weighs
