Congrats on your new coach. I have a 2013 casscade 28bh, (same thing as a grey wolf), Pousbo RV house brand. I have has several issue with water leaks from the slide out. Make sure that the top is compleatly dry before the slide out is closed. If not water will pour into the coach. We have been putting down towels if we cant get it dry to soak up the water. Now we are having issues with the slide out leaking when the slide is in? We have worked with the local dealer, Poulsbo RV (NEVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE) and they state that even with the extened warranty on the trailer that there is no warranty for a water leak. I'm very dissapointed with the quality of the Forrest River products and will NOT buy one again. It is sad really as we love the trailer and it has a great layout but zero support from the dealer, and from the factory. Once they sell it to you you are on your own. Thankfully I am pretty handy person that can fix most issues on my own but if you are not watch out!!! We also have has about 8 screws break off of the slide and caused the walls to flex when the slide is used. I have replaced the broken screws and it works fine now but you should always put the slide out with the remote if you have one so you can watch the slide and make sure it is not damaging the reat of the coach. Don't get me wrong, I hope that you don't have any of these issues but at least learn from my past. Happy motoring!
