A couple of questions:

1. What does everyone use to wash the roof? Can I use the same soap I would use on the rest of the exterior?
2. Is there a product that will remove yellow stains on the white underside of the awning? I screwed up and missed a few twigs stuck to the top of the awning and when I just opened it I have a few nice little stains.

I've used the rubber roof cleaner Walmart sells. Did the job fine. I've not tried to clean the awning. I'd probably start with diluted simple green. If that doesn't work, I'd probably live with it. I'd hate to damage it using harsh chemicals or too much elbow grease.
