Dealer believes it's coming from hot water heater. Replacement trim ordered-expected timeframe, 2 weeks. I'm pleased with the dealers timeframe.

So camper has been residing at the dealers lot waiting for repairs. They tried to just order new pieces of trim cover for the wood. That took about a month for them to get it and now I'm told the particle board cabinets did get wet and now we are waiting on replacement trim pieces. At this rate, it will be parked there all winter. I'm not too pleased with that since I had a bunch of things I wanted to do to the camper in the off season.....oh well

Most of my responses have been covered by others but as a new TT owner I ran into similar issues and wanted to let you know what I found.

1. My door was requiring me to pull the latch to close it and I thought it needed an adjustment, however, it turns out that I was setting the stabilizer jack a little too snug. I did not heed the warning that these are not for leveling and used the jacks to make up the difference between 2 and 3 Lego blocks.

2. I was told by the Camping World sales guy that the cheap plastic inline water pressure regulators are not very good and could result in high or low water pressure. I did not buy the cheap one so I don't have first hand knowledge but you might Try upgrading to an adjustable regulator with gauges.

3. I thought the button by the TV coax jack was just to switch between cable and amplified TV antenna but actually it also acts as the radio antenna. Without the amp on, my radio was fuzzy on all stations but when on the Furrion radio is actually quite good.

Another thought is that the WEST built Cherokee might be of better quality. I am not sure of your region but my Cherokee is pretty well built for an entry level trailer. For $20K I don't expect every cosmetic detail to be perfect but it has "good bones, keeps me warm and dry and tows well. Time might change my opinion but out of the box I am a satisfied customer.

I bought a 2016 Cherokee Grey Wolf 26DBH in June. We went on 2 week long trips in 2015 and had the following issues:

1. CD player: did not work on 1st trip I took it back to dealer and it was replaced with new system. On 2nd trip the CD would only feed about a quarter of the way into the player. I took it back to the dealer (2nd time) and when it was installed the installer did not take out the shipping screws. (lets you know they did not test it after installation).

2. Black Water Flush: I used the black water flush on 1st trip and water poored from underneath the bathroom sink from the hose that connect between outside fitting and tank. Dealer said it was repaired but on 2nd trip it did the same thing. Afer 2nd repair I made them test it at dealership before I took it home.

3. Motorized Jack: Quit working 1st time I wnet to store the camper. The 30amp glass fuse had blown. Finding it was a job. It was hidden behind the jack almost invisable. Apparently these glass fuses blow very easy. Dealer swapped it out for a regular 30amp fuse like what is in the fuse box and changes the location so it is easier to change. I havehad no problems since.

4: Outside storage doors: They began to crack on the outside off doors after 1st trip. The dealer replaced for free and was told this is a issue the company knows about. I was told if they develop agin to bring back and they would be swapped out again no questions asked. Dealer will have to order doors if they do not have in stock (2-3 weeks wait). So I recommend calling ahead if you do not want camper sitting at dearership for weeks.

Other than these issues we are booking atleast 3 week long trips this year and cannot wait !

I know on previous campers I had with electric jack if you run it all the way up or down it will blow the fuse. I always keep a variety of fuses in the camper just in case. Good luck , hope you get everything worked out. Happy camping!
