Most of my responses have been covered by others but as a new TT owner I ran into similar issues and wanted to let you know what I found.
1. My door was requiring me to pull the latch to close it and I thought it needed an adjustment, however, it turns out that I was setting the stabilizer jack a little too snug. I did not heed the warning that these are not for leveling and used the jacks to make up the difference between 2 and 3 Lego blocks.
2. I was told by the Camping World sales guy that the cheap plastic inline water pressure regulators are not very good and could result in high or low water pressure. I did not buy the cheap one so I don't have first hand knowledge but you might Try upgrading to an adjustable regulator with gauges.
3. I thought the button by the TV coax jack was just to switch between cable and amplified TV antenna but actually it also acts as the radio antenna. Without the amp on, my radio was fuzzy on all stations but when on the Furrion radio is actually quite good.
Another thought is that the WEST built Cherokee might be of better quality. I am not sure of your region but my Cherokee is pretty well built for an entry level trailer. For $20K I don't expect every cosmetic detail to be perfect but it has "good bones, keeps me warm and dry and tows well. Time might change my opinion but out of the box I am a satisfied customer.
