2018 Cherokee DBH storage

I was wondering if anyone has opened up the triangular space where the stereo and fireplace are located. There is a lot of what seems to be wasted space there.I thought about making more closet space in the bedroom.If anyone has done any mods in this area I'd like to hear about it.

I don't have your unit, but I strongly encourage cracking areas open to see what are behind of them. We've found and made great storage spaces in our rig that were previously dead space and inaccessible.
