2019 Cherokee Water Tanks

I recently bought a Grey Wolf 20RDSE. I have been reading the horror stories, mostly from 2017, about fresh water tanks falling out or bending the weak supports. I have yet to use my TT, it is January, but I crawled under to see how the support was made. The water tank runs side to side, between two full sized I beams. By full sized I mean that they are the full width of the floor joist system, I am guessing about 5 inches. The tank sits on the lip of the I beams. There are 3 metal straps running between the I beams, secured by a bolt through the lip of the I beams. The tank is empty and the straps are a couple inches below the empty tank. Did they fix the issue, or is there more to do?

In addition, the tag on the side says carrying capacity is calculated with all fresh water tanks full.
