26dbh AC
Newbie question. Our 26dbh air conditioner is constantly running in cool mode. Is this normal operation? We set temperature and switch AU mode and it never kicks on.

We have used ours twice since we bought it a month ago and the AC has worked great. Ours this past weekend turned on and turned off as it was suppose to.

Air conditioner or is this a thermostat issue.
