26DBH - Bedroom TV Solution
Hey Ya'll,
Just passing this along, last weekend I installed our "TV" solution in the bedroom. My wife and I hardly watch TV, even when at parks with hook ups. At our house we have cut cable (dish in our case) and mainly rely on streaming services. That being the case, we may watch a show or two on the ipad while lying in bed. I got tired of always being the ipad holder...SO...went over to RAM mounts and cobbled together the attached. It looks small in some of the pictures, but in reality it's right in our face and more than sufficient. Next weekend we have an outing, I plan to travel with the ipad in place and see how everything holds. Note, we got one of the larger C sized balls, should work just fine to keep everything locked down.
Super simple, but nerve wrecking to screw right into our new campers' trim. I used the shortest self taping coarse Kreg screws I had in the shop and made sure to angle toward the center...nothing poked though.
