This refrigerator will not warm up without turning it off. Here are some details: it is run on Alternating Current, has the thermistor? at the lowest level on the right side furthest blade, fuse is ok and breaker works properly. Please let me know of some places to check the refrigerator system. Thanks.

Sounds like you have a termostat problem. If you look online, you might be able to find a manual for the unit.
