28BH followed me home...
After going through a bad storm in the pop-up last fall, The Wife (tm) decided we needed something more substantial. Something with walls that didn't fold up, or bellow in the wind.
We had a few nice to haves; and a couple of need to haves on the shopping list... We found a new 2014 28BH on a dealer lot about 50 miles from here; that fit everything we were after, and then some.
Brought it home last week, and after reading on the forums here, did a few mod's right away - nothing crazy, but just a few minor changes to make it more usable, and more 'us'...
2" memory foam topper on the queen bed completely changed the feel, replaced incandescent bulbs with LED's; lastly curtained off the bunks, so our daughter has her own 'space'.
So far, fit and finish has been fine; and I was pleasantly surprised how clean the unit was, given some of the pics and posts I've seen on here (with sawdust, filings, shavings, etc, in compartments and under furniture, etc...)

Congratulations! We traded up from a tent to a TT 7 years ago after some raccoons found there way into the tent in the middle of the night. DW was pretty adamant about not letting that happen again, haven't looked back since.

Nothing fancy - it's a shower-stall rod; and a curtain from Walmart that I cut down and hem'ed to length...

Welcome to the forums from SW Idaho.
As it followed you home be sure to feed, water and take it out for a tow now and again.

Do you find the bathroom is too small? I have the 26bhe and found there is not enough room to get dressed in there after you shower. I plan to install a curtain where the bunk and lavatory ends so people can have privacy getting dressed. My mistake was looking for room to sleep my entire family (kids and grandkids) to spend family time outdoors, I over looked the bathroom.

Bathroom is small - but for all we use it for, it's fine; so far at least.
Keep in mind, we've been out twice; and it's just been us - me, the dw, and the minion... LOL
Never really thought about using it for a change-room - it could get tight in a hurry.

When the tires wear out put 205/75-15 radial load range D tires and wheels on it. You will be glad you did.
