About to purchase a Cherokee Arctic Wolf 255DRL4

We are downsizing from a 40' fifth wheel (it was not a Forest River), and for just the two of us the 2018 Arctic Wolf 255DRL4 looks like it will fit our needs. Wondering if anyone has this model? We have some concerns about the small water heater, and the fact that the one we are looking at only has a 13,500BTU A/C. Not sure both are sufficient. Looking for comments/suggestions. Towing isn't an issue as we have a 3500 Dodge Ram, but definitely want to find a unit under 30' long as hoping to do a cross country trip in the near future. Thanks a bunch.

I had them add a tankless when i purchased it. Also added a 2nd A/C. Both worth the purchase.
