I was lucky enough when attending the Mayberry Rally in North Carolina last year to find it at the rally yard sale.....Some have bought from a vendor at Goshen...

To answer your questions:

I continuously checked both sides while cutting. Make sure you have two people and have the door open while cutting. There will be tiny pieces of the polystyrene (insulation) flying in the air while cutting. Also make sure you have the screen door closed to prevent these pieces from going into your TT. Keep the deck flat against the door while you cut and take your time!

As someone else posted, make sure you have a long enough blade to be able to cut through the 1-1/2" door. As well as a fine tooth blade for precise cut.
