Anyone haul along small scooters to the campground?

Just wondering if anyone brings a scooter along camping to flit around the campground? I'm not sure how I would haul one pulling my Wolf Pup 17 footer with my Astro. A gas scooter seems to make the most sense for us since we camp in a lot of state parks without electricity.

We carry a Go-Go Traveler scooter (3 wheel) electric in the bed of our truck on all our trips as my wife is unable to walk due to Multiple Sclerosis. A scooter suitable for camping should have larger inflated tires so it can be used on trails, etc. Best of luck in your scooter search!

We recently bought a used 2004 Honda Metropolitan, a 49 cc scooter. I have a toy hauler so on some trips I plan to have one motorcycle for riding 2 up, our pedal bikes, and the scooter. We love our trailer because we take what is appropriate for the area we are visiting. We are heading to N Georgia next week so we will bring both motorcycles and the inflatable kayak.

Our insurance on the scooter is less than $80 a year. I can't help you figure out how to carry it through!

An electric scooter like this might be a good starting point

Here in Nebraska, gas or electric scooters are not allowed in State Parks. Golf Carts are only allowed with a state handicap sticker. You may want to check with your state parks regs before you buy something you may not be able to use.

I know state parks here dont allow them unless they are tagged for highway use. A dual sport bike would be more fun and probably easier to load.

Good catch. I checked the WI rules. Not allowed if motorized device has a maximum possible speed of 15mph. That 20mph electric scooter looks to be a viable option.
