Apparently my camper doesnt exist..

my 2018 304bh limited seems an anomaly when it comes to trying to find a trade value for it. I cannot find it anywhere, it simply doesnt exist anywhere that I can see. Anyone else have this issue?

That is a weird one! We thought we were buying a 2017 304BH when we got ours, but it was delivered as a 2018! It was almost the same as the 2017 with a few small differences. The big thing is that it didn't have the big maroon stripe down the side like the late 2018's.

So in NADA guides, I can only find the 304BH in the 2017 model, not the 2018.....did they possibly change the name/number in late 2018?

I believe I had a little trouble with my 2018 304BS Patriot Limited Edition. I'll have to look again.

The 304BH is on the list from 2014 to 2017....Off the list in 2018, but back on in 2019. Weird.

That happened to us for our Palomino Hybrid. Palomino discontinued making right after we bought our. Brought in a totally different model. You couldn't find specs on ours anywhere.
Go figure.

That's pretty normal the price guides do not and never have had all the model numbers listed. Our 1988 nor our 2006 were ever listed in the price guides.

We have a 2006 30RLBS wildcat that is not listed. Reason we were given is FR has to many models to report.

Are you sure it's not a 2019 built in 2018? Here's the NADA link for the 2019 304BH:

2019 Cherokee M-304BH

That's because the Patriot trailer line was specifically built only for AC Nelsen dealerships.
It's probably a rebadged Cherokee/Wildwood.
I have a 2016 PT TracerAir 255. It was an early year model that they dropped. Wasn't even listed in the 2016 TracerAir brochure.
My insurance company contacted Prime Time to get the MSRP.

Go at it like any other appraisal. Use comparable sales. Find similar size and quality models made by others and adjust up or down to get to the right answer.

We just bought a 26DBH-L. Manufactured March 2019. The VIN number indicates its a 2020 model. Its so new its futuristic.

Nope, typical for the RV Industry. Spring 2019 is the beginning of the 2020 model year.
No different than the Auto Industry. Their 2020 models will be starting soon this year.
