I have a 2016 274DBH and we have no issues with light coming through the blinds as we have a dark colour scheme and dark, wood blinds.
Something that I was a little worried about before our first trip out, but fortunately we wound up being lucky. Heavily treed campgrounds help though for sure :-)

We tinted the windows in our bedroom and the one bunk. 5% from walmart. I also made Refletics (think tin foil buggle wrap) windows covers if we are in direct sun or need to keep the inside cooler. Otherwise the wood blinds do well.

We just use dark bath towels over the top of the valances at night. Dual Purpose....
