Bottom of camper sag?

Under my 274dbh where the back door is sagging and you can see the insulation. Has anyone else had this problem?

I looked at 28BH on Sunday that had a fabric like material sagging down with nothing that felt solid behind it. Is that similar to what you are experiencing?

It will not let me upload a pic.....Yes Z10396, im taking it back to the dealership next week. He said it not have had enough screws in it or they backed out.

I talked to a guy recently at a rest stop with a 23' Grey Wolf, he had to take his back for the same thing you described.
