Not sure about the Harley keys but they are called tube or ACE locks. But, yes, like the ones on the Coke machines.

I ordered new locks during the PDI, double bitted and more pins. I deal did it for those who will use their own key but not tear it up. I know and deal with a lot of these. Had this happen on my old MH about 2 am, them closing the door woke my wife up.
