Cherokee 39R Heated Holding Tanks

I recently acquired a 2015 39R and the invoice shows that it came with Ultracold Weather Heated Holding Tank 12V. I assume there would be a switch to turn on the tank heaters but for the life of me I have been unable to locate one. I contacted the dealership I purchased it from and they sent me a rough wiring diagram and email saying there should be a power switch. Does anyone know how to turn the tank heating pads on?

The RV has an enclosed underbelly so I'm not even certain it actually has the heating pads in place. The fuse panel does not have a fuse listed for tank heaters nor a breaker. One would think there would be one. The wiring diagram I was provided shows a 30a fuse and mini breaker.

Thank you.
