CKT27 RKL. Inverter/converter location

We are plugged into 50 amp shore power. Half the unit doesn't have power. Was told it could be either inverter or converter. No idea where it is located. Bought this in April and have nothing but issues with it. Learned from an employee at the dealership our brand new unit was stripped for parts. So many of the panels and insulation has been damaged or is missing.

not the converter or inverter. you need to define 1/2 the unit does not have power. it could be one of the two power input leads not having power or it could be a gfci that needs to be reset and is keeping power from reaching a coupe of receptacles. what works and what does not work? do you have one or two air conditioners? if two, do both of them work? residential refrigerator? does it work? microwave? does it work? or is it just receptacles that do not work? if so, look for a gfci receptacle (typically in the bathroom) that needs to be reset. when they trip they typically cut power to several outlets.

Tell us what does not work. Half the unit is not the needed info.

plug into another 50amp outlet and see ... if the same, your 50amp Shore Power plug may have a ‘finger’ that has lost it’s wire, or connection.

also, with a 50amp coach you probably won’t have a converter, but an Inverter/Charger, which accomplishes the same.

or, you simply have a tripped breaker in you box

If it were my coach and I had an onboard generator, I would start the generator and see it the generator powered everything in the coach. If the generator powered everything, then the power problem most likely lies with the utility power connection in the park, the power cable to your coach or the power cable connection inside the coach. If half the coach is still dead on the generator, the power problem is internal to the coach. If not having done so, try tuning all the circuit breakers off and back on. Including the double pole 50-amp circuit breaker at the power pedestal. Sometimes a circuit breaker can trip and appear to be OK when it is not. Resetting all the circuit breakers is the only way to be sure they are not tripped. Perhaps a park employee or a knowledgeable neighbor could help diagnose simple issues such as having proper utility power at the location the coach is plugged into.

Purchased a battery charger and charged the batteries. Everything works now. I hinking it must be the converter. Upset as we only had the unit for three months and Everytime we use there is another issue.
