My wife and I have a 274VFK and we love it. One thing we noticed is hauling it with a standard weight distribution hitch and sway bar set up is not ideal, the unit seemed to sway a lot, no matter what. We invested in a Hensley hitch and have had absolutely zero sway even in high winds.
X2. we opted for the Hensley on our VFK. Cut a “u” shape piece out of the skirt and trimmed with vinyl (available at dealer) so the WD chain bar tool isn’t up against the skirting but well worth it. Zero sway.
Love the front kitchen design. See if you can get an RV deep draw battery instead of the dual purpose marine battery that seem to come with most of these.
Not a big fan of the "Murphy" bed in back, but, I'm sure it works for others. It's a long TT...that's for sure. I own the 2018 304BS. It's a couple feet shorter, dry weight is similar and the gross on the BS is 11,070 lbs. Towing with a 2014 GMC 2500HD Duramax and Blue Ox WDH. No issues towing.
