Factory won’t help

Factory won’t help. After previously owning a Sierra from Forest River, great unit, wanted to stick with them. In May 2017 I bought a new arctic wolf 285drl4 shortly after I purchased it June noticed water stains in every panel In the lower living room area Of the trailer. I took it back to the dealer in September when they could fit me in. I was told it was too Extensive, it would have to go back to the factory. To make a long story short, after two Different dealers refer me back to the factory and four factory reps, a multitude of phone calls and one year later the factory did nothing to help me. I now have an expensive fifth wheel with water stains everywhere, probably mold and no one will help. Very disappointed in Forest River. Buyer beware

so its a >>lemon<<< research lemon laws for your state.

Now after the 1 year Warrantee is over is a Bad Time to come on here and look for Help! When your Original "Selling Dealer" said it needed to go back to Factory that should have been the End! Why would you need another Dealer involved? Who were the "Factory Reps You talked to? You bought in May of 2017,had Issues in June of 2017,then in Sept of 2017 your Dealer said it needs to "Go Back to Factory"! There is a BIG Gap in this Story Line for you to be on here in June of 2018 looking for Help! Youroo!!

I agree. Why the procrastination with sending it to the factory?

Factory wouldn’t take it back and still won’t wouldn’t take it back in June 17 December 17 January 18 March 18

how about contact the RVIA also the attorney general of your state and that state of manufacturing ans sells
