Grey wolf 29TE A/C

My A/C unit runs great throughout the day. At night the shift unit seems to reach the desired temp of 72 degrees and shuts off. As it begins to warm up, the A/C does not come back on unless it is shut off and turned back on. Any ideas would be helpful. Thanks

I had a similar problem and solved it by switching to a digital stat.
