Grey Wolf Faucet

Ours apparently froze this past winter and it needs to be replaced. It is a factory installed unit. Is it simple to replace and should I upgrade to a metal or more durable faucet?

I would take the old one out, and goto a hardware store and pick something like it. They should use the same threads. Most times people like to upgrade.
