A few things I would add...

Condensation will happen no matter what
It isn't winter until your screen door freezes shut
If you don't switch the fridge to gas in single digit weather you'll have runny ice cream
Don't let things lay against outside walls when its cold or those things will become wet
Icicles can form on skylights

That's my two bits on winter camping LOL

I am running a dehumidifer in the trailer on a timer--on for 2-3 hours and off for 2-3 hours. I empty the bucket about twice a week and am surprised as to how much moisture gets pulled out of the air. I am told that mold cannot survive in 50 percent humidity so I have set my dehumidifier at that setting. Fortunately the trailer is in my yard so I can easily monitor it. I will eventually cover it but need to thoroughly clean the roof first.
I am sorry to hear about your wife. We pray that all goes well.

We run a dehumidifier made for a 1200 square foot home and keep the humidity at 30%. We take all the moisture precautions too like always having a vent open while showering, wiping out the tub/shower when done, etc. That still doesn't prevent the condensation. The only way to stop that is to not have a temperature difference inside/outside and right now its -2 outside so that would suck pretty bad. These single pane windows just aren't made for this type of cold, neither is the insulation in the trailer to be frank. Problem is it isn't feasible much less economical to have 4 inch thick walls with R35 insulation on a travel trailer.

Thank you for your prayers. They're much appreciated. We're blessed to have finally found good healthcare. Can't beat having the same cardiologist as Neil Armstrong LOL.
