Bought the parts, going to tackle this today after work. I still can not believe they did not attach a hose to this. It is not worth the ride back to the dealer to fix. Cost me 6.50 in parts.

I completed this project the afternoon I bought the parts, used the tank over the weekend, and I had plenty of water for the weekend. My question is, why did'nt they install the hose in the first place? Why plug it with silicone?

Why did they not install the vent hose?
Probably was somebodies sick idea of a Six Sigma project! Look, we can save XX $s for the company!!
Standing by for incoming... I HATED that program...
