heat & a/c clicking

We have a 2014 Greywolf 26 DBH that we bought last fall. We love the camper but have question. Whenever we use the heat or a/c there is a lot of relay clicking going on in the return. I can see a box mounted in the return with all the wiring going to it so I'm sure that's all the control relays. But man they are noisy. Before the heat comes on there are several clicks, I guess it's trying to light the furnace. Before the fan turns off when using heat it makes a lot of relay clicks. When using the a/c it clicks alot as well. Is this normal? The a/c works well. I've used the heat on two trips. On both trips the heat stopped on the first night. I turned off the system the next morning and then turned it back on. It ran fine for 2 more nights.
