Ho do i winterize my front load washer in my trailer?

Is it safe to leave our washer at our seasonal site over the winter?, how would I winterize it?, sorry for the silly question, but it just dawned on me!, it would be a hell of a job if I had to remove it ever time we would winterize!

I would use a wet/dry shop vac and suck the water out of the washer thru the fill hose/s.

Then I would hook the hoses to the water spigots and place the washer ends in a bucket (light bucket?) and run the pink till it hits the bucket.
