Limited DC power

So I pulled my 2016 274DBH into a campsite and plugged in. I am getting AC power and the accessories are working. The slide works (both on and off shore power). The fridge works (on ac power and when just powered from the battery via the inverter.

HOWEVER, I am not getting any other DC accessories powered (lights and thermostat). It will not work on battery alone nor when plugged into shore power. The battery is good. The circuit breaker under the trailer is bad, and the converter maybe bad (repair man here now). However, we are unsure what has caused the converter to go bad or blow the breaker between the battery and the trailer.

ANY IDEAS?
Also, how do I go about getting my warranty to refund me paying a mobile repair shop?

You need to get authorization from forest river BEFORE repairs are done before you can get reimbursed.

I can't get ahold of them for that authorization. Hopefully they will make an exception.

Anyways we've isolated the wire from the 12v 30amp circuit breaker that brings battery power to the circuit box. Somehow that wire is grounded or shorting.

This almost sounds like a battery disconnect somehow. Do you have one your RV, as many are coming from the factory with such?

Forest River routed that wire above the frame and it got pinched and Chafed through while driving

They are reimbursing me after the fact, I think because it was an emergency repair (no air conditioning in the middle of Texas in summer) and the dealerships had a 2 week wait.

It also might have something to do with that chafed wire.

I'm glad they took care of it without hassling you. It's always good to hear that FR stood up and took care of a problem.
