We love our rig. The 274DBH is easy to tow and plenty of space. My opinion is it's not to big, not too small. There will be tweaks you will want to make. We've only had one problem so far, our electric tongue jack does not like to get wet. When wet it will start to retract itself. We put a cover on it and have had no problems since. Will get it replaced this spring under warranty.

If your kids are smaller, the bunks are great. We bought a '19 last summer and then our teenage boys hit a growth spurt. Getting into and out of the bunks is getting tight. If you have bigger kids or other adults joining you, maybe look at the 294BD.

We have a 2019 and have had some issues with ours. Fittings (sink) were only hand tight, Shower p trap came loose and flooded the insulation underneath the fabric, bathroom light would fluctuate with fan speed. All have been fixed under warranty, but still aggravating headaches. We have two kids and I have slept 7 adults and two kids in camper at race so its roomy. Still trying to find my mystery switch that controls the fireplace and microwave.

We don't have a switch. They now use some sort of automatic relay that if the fireplace is on and you use the microwave, the fireplace automatically shuts off.

Just turn the furnace back on when done with microwave.
