First reactions..... Dealer was great. No real issues other than one of the outside speakers not working, FR forgot to put outside tv mount bracket on, missing bumper end cap, and the lock on the dog kennel is buggered. They are giving me replacement handle for kennel. Ordered the speaker and bracket and when ever I'm going by there on a trip they will throw it on for me anytime they said. And stole another cap from another trailer.

The other issue I have is, again not the dealer but FR. The awning switched to an LCI power awning and has no rain dump or tilt feature. This SUCKS!

The last thing is I love the wireless remote for the Awning, outside light, and stab jacks except the only way to use the stab jacks is with the remote. The don't have an actual switch anywhere. They do have a manual crank but no actual switch to run them. I can see this not last to long...before I lose remote or drop in a puddle or something lol.

With your awning it is automatic for drainage, one side will drop with weight to let the water drain, or you can just pull down one side or the other to let it drain. I drilled a couple holes where the awning assembly attaches to the camper to pull the piece down and hook some bungie cords in to hold the end of the awning down

No that's just it. It doesn't move. And the tech doing the pdi even said it doesn't have the rain dump. I tried pulling down in it.

So I just noticed in the manual that the awning is in fact a dometic. Not a LCI. My mistake. Any one else with a 2013 with power awning have the rain dump?
