Question

I have a 2008 Forest River Cherokee 295u and have a mystery switch in the kitchen area. Can anybody help me with this?

Because on it's size, I'll bet that it's 120V. Do you have a ceiling fan?

I'm with Dave, I have a switch that looks just like that in my Silverback and it controls the 120v ceiling fan.

I do have a fan but it is on its own switch. Actually you can see the fan switch right above the one we are pointing to, next to my slide out switch.

What is a "scare" light switch???

okay....both outside lights are on the switch on the top left of the picture. The door light, the clear light in the front of the camper and the inside kitchen light are the 3 you can see.

Step light?
Is it for an interior light that can also be turned on at the light as well as the switch?

they really done an excellent job inside this unit with switches, they are all the same, most of them are labeled and very easy to figure out what they are for...except this one, there isn't even another switch in the unit with that style of a switch. It reminds me of a light switch you would see in a mobile home. I tried the hot water heater and that isnt it either.
