Question for Greywolf owners

Just got our first TT with a slide, not sure if in the stowed position if you should sit on the sofa or dinette. I asked the salesman and he said FR does not recommend it. I went through the owners manual and it says nothing about it. So what do fellow Grey Wolf owners do? By the way it is a 2013 Grey Wolf 28bh. Thanks in advance.

Our salesman sat on our couch and dinette. So probably no problem. We where told that the couch and table could be made into a bed and not have any trouble.

I don't see why you couldn't. It probably has more support stowed than extended.

We have a 29dsbh and our kids jump and climb all over the dinette and couch area without issue. I couldn't see why there would be any issues.

We have for 2 years no problem. Keep your track lubed and condition the rubber

don't rely on the owner's manual for anything!!
they are all generic and have nothing specific to your model or even type of RV.
they aren't worth the paper they are printed on and will just get you into trouble.

all they have is basic generic info on RV systems. so, don't take it to mean squat, if the manual says nothing about it.

Is there somewhere I can get a model specific owners manual?
One that shows how to operate everything with step by step instructions, such as location of valves, and what not to do etc.

Hi Lonestar68. I don't see a problem with sitting on the couch when the slideout is COMPLETELY in or out. Just don't allow anyone to sit on it when extending or retracting the slideout because it is not properly supported while moving in or out.

Our salesman advised against weight on the floor, no problem with on the seats though, I mean you could store the weight of a person inside the dinette seats if you wanted to
