Rear Cargo and spare tire

Hello Everyone, We have a 265B fifth wheel and it has the rear cargo holder where the spare tire is mounted to it. For our trip next week to the Smokies I want to fold it down to bring our bikes, but that would mean the spare time would be facing downward.

Is this an issue? Should I remove the spare time and put in the truck bed?

Not sure about the weight of the tire, bouncing on the cargo rack, etc.
Thanks
Corey

On my 26dbh the fold down rack is rated for 200lbs, 250lbs without the spare tire on.

My 16bhs has the same set up. I have no issues running with the rack folded down with 4 bikes on top. It has never dragged. I had to drop the spare for use after a blowout while the 4 bikes were on it. I was able to use a 3/8" rachet with a 3/4" socket to get the tire off so I didn't have to remove the bikes. I've logged about 8000miles with the tire parallel with the ground!
