Rear rack: is this a bad idea?

Generator by itself is 95 pounds. I'm almost more worried about weight distribution than I am above oveoading the rack...Click image for larger version

Is that spare mounted on there also? Seems like it could be a bit much for the bumper, do you have any additional supports?

If it says it's good for 250 lbs, you should be OK.
