I have a sidewinder with four bolts on the top of the turret instead of the one castellated nut on the bottom the revolution has, but I believe the maintenance is similar. I believe you torque your turret nut to 80ftlbs, but verify in your install doc.
I take mine apart every one to two years and lubricate all bearing surfaces with lithium grease (I use Lucas Red N Tacky). This keeps it from squealing and I can rotate it by hand, but not easily.
If any of the bearings are damaged, contract Reese. They were great about sending me new bearings free of charge.
