Roof rot and leaks from A/C

Took ownership of an 2004 Cherokee 27G (hand-me-down from parents) recently and the roof is rotted out by the FM antenna and the A/C leaks into the cabin. I plan on replacing the interior ceiling panels as well as the plywood under the roof skin. I'm going to replace the roof skin with a new one from a roofing supply warehouse. Looking for some advice/ pointers on accomplishing this endeavor.

Is the framing of the roof metal or wood?

Coin collection would be nice but the firearm collection is better.

I have been looking through the youtube videos and rifling through forums and blogs and i have a pretty good idea on a plan of attack. Would be nice if i could talk with someone that has actually done a repair on a FR TT roof. The roof is sagging where the A/C sits. The parents told me that someone was on the roof at some point in the last 5 years and I'm thinking that is why the roof sags some there and the condensation is pooling around the unit which is why its leaking inside.

I talked with a local supplier yesterday that carries the new skin that I'm going to use. The lady there told me that she has sold a few of the skins to a few folks that were fixing RVs in the last few years but didn't know of companies that has repaired TT/RV roofs. The local RV shop will do the repair but i would be without the TT for a few days which wont work b/c I'm living in it. I estimate that i can fix it myself in a day. The big thing for me is knowing if the framing is wood or metal for the roof.
