Sliding windows

Hi I have a wolf pup 18TO and the weather stripping on sliding windows keeps tearing at top of strips in first inch. I've caulked it but that breaks right off also. Anyone else have issue? Resolution? Thanks Dan

Don't have srry. But it just strip between sliding windows thnx
