Surge protectors

Ok, I'm thinking about purchasing a surge protector. Which one would you recommend ? Which ones to avoid? I need one for 30 amp.

I use this one, it's plug and play.

There is also a 50 amp one if that is what you need.

Have used the Surge Guard with 50A on our Class A DP and now have the 30A on our new Class C. Have never had a problem with either.
Did have both hard wired to the MH and not just plug into the electric pedestal. Didn't want them to grow legs and walk off.

A major surge can damage the surge protector as part of it's job protecting your RV. The progressive Ind has a lifetime warranty.

Do a Search for Progressive Industries and see many threads on the subject. Study their units for reasons mentioned above.
