Touch audio broke

Imagine that right? I know it's trivial compared to others issues. It does work with the remote, but when I touch it, it goes wonky and turns off. I have to check that we have the 2nd yr warranty, but do they replace it with the same brand?

My one year warranty just ran out. A month before, I submitted a warranty request for my touch audio, and received a basically identical unit. It failed the second trip out. I'm sure they(lippert) will send another touch audio...
I figure there are plenty worse things out there, so just will use what they supply until they will not replace anymore. At that point I'll use my $$$ and decide what better system to use.

Mine broke two days in to my new purchase. The radio stopped tuning. My dealer is telling me that they are no longer making these units, and are replacing with a new unit, but requires a physical modification. Really? Ugghhh...

My system went out as well and they replaced it with a "Jensen" system
In my case the unit went out do to electrical problems..But it doesn't matter cause my coach is being taken back to the factory due to major problems.

Is there a brand/model that others are putting in to replace it themselves?
