I just asked the same thing in another thread about not being able to slide the doors all the way open with a TV mount on the wall. If you need a TV in the master, it is intended to be hung from the ceiling using a ceiling mount like this-

Unlike the interior walls, you can actually find a stud in the form of a rafter to mount to in the ceiling but be careful, they use 2"x2" in the construction of these things which won't take much for a lag bolt to split. I would use screws with the intention of never traveling with the TV mounted. YMMV.

Yes, 32" would work. Compared to our 37", I don't think you could go much bigger than a 40" perhaps a 42" TV therefore, you should be good with anything smaller. You won't be able to use the supplied plastic wall mount which is for smaller TV's... the supplied mount is actually for computer monitors and I suspect smaller TV's. Either way, you would not want to travel with it hanging on the way or sitting on the mantel. We simply lay our TV face down on the master bed when we travel.
